You can remove the "Change" button by adding the following DWORD value in the registry.
name = NoModify
type = DWORD
Value = 1
Location = HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\
Only the "Remove" button will appear.

Hi Chandan,
I am clicking on "Remove" button then maintainence dialogue is not coming.A windows instleer comes up.But this maintainence dialogue is coming if I am clicking on "Change" button.
I want that this maintainence dialogue comes when I click on "Remove" button.
Please guide me how this maintainence dialogue comes while clicking on "Remove" button.
