How to create setup.exe which will support LINUX OS

Hi..
I am working on Installshield11.5 premium Edition. using this i created setup.exe (Using Install script) which work on WINDOWS. now i want to create setup.exe which will run on LINUX and do installation process. How to do this ? Is setup.exe which runs on windows will run on LINUX or i have to create separate installshield project for this ? if i have to create separate project then how to create ?

can some one tell on this .....

In a View List/ Media / Release / Distributions, check Linux Launcher Distribution. You can see in Properties de "File Name". You will see "setupLinux.bin". This is the installation File for Linux.
