How to create a custom Dialog?

I've searched the documentation of InstallShield, but I haven't found a clear example on how to create a Custom Dialog...

Maybe there's a thread somewhere that explains this...

I would like to use SdShowDlgEdit2 but the textfields should sometimes be password=true. Not always. So I wanted to clone the SdShowDlgEdit2. Apparently that's not so easy to do and use in InstallScript afterwards.

 

Need some help with this and a good tutorial.
