How to checking if installation folder already existing

Hello.

I am using Major Upgrade method for my instillation.
On installation i want to check if Installation folder are removed on uninstall process and if not, remove it before starting installation new version.

How i can do it?

It will be removed and that's how Major upgrade works.
if you still insist to check then include a custom action after RemoveExistingProducts which checks if the folder is deleted or not.
