How to check if IIS 6 Compatibility is installed on vista-base OS

I have a Basic MSI project. I need to determin if IIS 6 Compatibility has been installed on Vista-base machines during my setup.
Can somebody help with this?

I have seen that document before (http://knowledge.macrovision.com/doc/Helpnet/installshield14helplib/IISMetabaseCompat.htm )

This is a basic MSI project I'm working on and I am not a professional in Installshield. So I can't realy figure out how to apply that code to my project. I have searched this community for this, but no luck so far.

I appriciate a more detailed instruction.

Any ideas on this? I haven't still figured out the answer. I don't know how to apply the code the was mentioned in the previous posts to my basic MSI project. Can someone please help me with this? Is this the only way to detect IIS 6 Compatibility on Vista-based machines?
