How to change the Setup Prerequisite Dialog text

Hi,

How do I change the text inside the setup prerequisite dialog? I tried to change the 0x0409.ini file in the Support folder but it did not reflect my latest changes.

I was able to change this one on IS 2008 by changing the 0x0409.ini file and changing the value of 1652.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
