For a start, please see the help topic Configuring the Target System > Scheduling Tasks.

Thank you for your response.
I read the help topic Configuring the Target System > Scheduling Tasks, and try to make the scheduled task again.
However, I can not set the "Recurrence interval:3 hours".
I would like to set the "Interval" by the hour, but minimum value of the "Interval" is "1 day".
Is there a way to set the "Interval" by the hour?

Hey Masuda, I have the same issue. It appears there is no way to do so using the available InstallShield interface. Interval of 1 day is the most frequent setting that can be set. It would be a nice enhancement to InstallShield to be able to access some of the settings on the "Advanced Settings" section of the Edit Trigger dialog box in Windows Task Scheduler.
I am now going to research using custom code to set those Advanced Settings that I too need access to.
Best of luck!

I filed the enhancement work order #IOA-000074325 so that we will take into consideration for a future release.
