How can I disable the cancel button once the installation starts?

I've noticed that once the user clicks the final "Install" button, the cancel button no longer has any effect. Is there a way to simply disable it once the installation starts? (Basic MSI)

Installation Designer -> User Interface -> Dialogs -> All Dialogs, select SetupProgress dialog, then click control Cancel, Enabled property set to False.
