How can I change title and content of IS cancel screen.

I tried to change that string in com\installshield\wizard\i18n\WizardResources_en.properties in IS directory, but that doesn't work.
I'll appreciate for your any help.

Hmmm... Perhaps see if you can modify the strings in the com/installshield/wizard/i18n/WizardResources_en.properties file inside IS11.5MP\distributables\engine\engine.jar (backing up the original, naturally)?
