Getting target path?

How can i get the component's path in an immediate custom action?

In an immediate custom action i need to get the full path where a component will be installed.

I am using [#filekey] and MsiFormatRecord but if the component is absent(not yet installed) the path is empty.

Component has a destination, a directory identifier in Directory table. You may want to use that instead. Note: after CostFinalize action though.
