Getting program files folder in my disk image
When I build my project I am getting my exe and msi file like I'd expect, but I'm also getting a "program files" folder with all my files in it as well as a 0x0409.ini and Setup.ini file.
Any ideas why I am getting these extra files? Also, the install requires them. Apparently that is where it is pulling the files from to do the install when they should be included in the msi file.

In the Release Wizard, there should be a Release Configuration panel where you can choose from "Compress all files", "Leave files uncompressed...", and "Custom" radio buttons. (Or in the Releases view, Build (tab) > Compression.) Perhaps change from "Leave files uncompressed..."?

(Not to confuse things, but if you compress everything into setup.exe, you might think about caching the MSI database to avoid troubles with repairs and maintenance mode. The Web/One Executable option, for example, shows a panel where you can set this... Please see for example KB article Q107140.)
