Getting StandAlone Builder

Hi all,

I have my Installshield 2009 Premier installed on a computer not connected to the Internet.
This version is Activated but I would like to get the StandAlone builder.
How can I get this Version not using the "Check for updates" tool ?

Order CD. Although the standalone will also need to be activated.

SAB doesn't require activation ( yet ).
