Get list of ODBC drivers and select newest version of driver and configure a DSN basic MSI

I'm looking for a way to list installed ODBC drivers for MS SQL server and configure DSN using the newest driver. The DSN is with a dynamic name that will need to be obtained from a property. My project type is basic MSI.

I need to have the list accessible in installscript custom action. How the ODBC Resource Settings would help me achieve that?
