From a newbie - how to deploy a windows service?

I need to deploy a windows service for the first time.
In Visual Studio 2012, I intended to create a Setup project but found I had to download Installshield which I have now done.
However I cannot work out how to do this with Installshield. The Project Assistant by itself does not do this. It does not ask me to specify the test server I wish to deploy to for example.

So how do I do this?

Thank you for that.
From that page I went to
http://blogs.flexerasoftware.com/installtalk/2014/10/updated-support-creating-an-installation-that-installs-windows-services-.html
And from that I went to
http://helpnet.flexerasoftware.com/isxhelp21/isxhelp21.htm#StartTopic=helplibrary/FAQFilesNTService.htm

From there I need to add the service executable to my project (point 1), so I click on the link which takes me to

http://helpnet.flexerasoftware.com/isxhelp21/helplibrary/IHelpISXFilesExplorer.htm#organizingfiles_2873583767_1063717

Point 2 says "In the Feature list, select the feature that you want to contain the file or folder that you are adding."

This is where I get lost. I do not see a feature list. I see a drop down list that gives me a choice of "All features" or "Always Install". I do not know what this means. I am not sure that the Express edition is the same as the LE edition that I am using?

I found out that I can't do what I want to do with the free version of Install Shield, and I would not be able to persuade my boss to spend any money on this. I need to find a different solution.
