I am using installshield 2016 . I have a requirement of calling bat file(abc.bat) before installation begins. So I placed the files in Support Files/Language Independent. But while running the setup.exe the bat file is not getting copied to the SUPPORTDIR(C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Local\Temp\{xxxxxxxx}). Please help me understand how to get the files copied to the SUPPORTDIR. Your quick response is appreciated.
