Can you please expand / explain what you are trying to achieve? If you are looking for a way to edit your project without using InstallShield IDE you should choose XML as your Project File Format under General Information > Project Properties.

In Installation Designer tab>Direct Editor(Left most pane)> here we have a number of tables eg. there would be a table named "Conditions" which has name of all the features in your project and conditions associated with each feature in a tabular form.
I want to copy this table and have it in a word document or a Access file or any other editor.
Though there is option for copying rows in the table but i am not able to paste them anywhere.
How can i copy this table n paste it in a editor other than InstallShield IDE .
I hope the problem is clear now.
pls help.

you can right click the table name and choose export. the result is an .idt file that is basically a "tab separated" values file type.
