Feature Prerequisites: Trouble running installation from CD

Project: Basic MSI using Feature Prerequisites

I am receiving the following message during installation that runs from CD:

Hmm, that's a little odd. Are neither SETUPEXEDIR nor SourceDir referring to the directory on the CD-ROM at this point of the installation? If you can post or email me a log, I should be able to take a deeper look at this.

Edit: Also some simple summary of whether this is a single- or multi-CD installation might be useful.

SETUPEXEDIR and SourceDir are referring to the CD/DVD-ROM´s driveletter.

It´s a single CD installation and the project setting type is Custom compressed. I´ve sent you the log file.
