Fail to uninstall on XP_x64 platform
Hi All:
I have a InstallShield MSI project. This project can generate two packages (called setup_x64.exe and setup_x86.exe) to run on XP_x64 and XP_x86 based on setting release flags. setup_x86 works well. However, setup_x64 seems to have some troubles which cause me fail to uninstall.
As far as I know, when installing product, InstallShield would create one folder for it in "Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information" and the folder name is just the product GUID. That folder includes the uninstall information.
However, when I finished installing setup_x64.exe, I could not see that folder in F:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information. Hence, I fail to uninstall my product.
Anyone could help me? I've searched the solution for many days and it seems nobody has run into this problem. Thanks.

I've found the solution and it's very easy. I just installed InstallShield 2009 SP2 and the troubles were all solved. Share my experience with you.
