Error with IISRT: -1217

Hi, 

Anyone can tell me what IISRT error -1217 means? I haven't had much luck googling it...

Is there a list of errors somewhere online I could consult?

It looks like the app pool name is invalid, see whether app pool name is configured properly with a valid string.
