Error while download.

I registered for the Limited Edition for VS, and received the email of UserName and Password for the forum, but when transfered to the download page I received the following error:
error has occoured processing your registration : * SN error

There is no problem in the InstallShield Limited Edition Registration/Download Page.

Could you please try registering for the same again from the following link:

http://learn.flexerasoftware.com/content/IS-EVAL-InstallShield-Limited-Edition-Visual-Studio

Have you received the serial number for InstallShield Limited Edition for Visual Studio? If yes, Kindly restart Visual Studio and try again.

Please let me know if the issue still persists.
