Error while building release: Error 133

Hello, thanks for stopping by. I was done with my release and was building it when error 133 popped up. I have done tons of research and cannot find an answer to this problem. If anybody could provide any kind of help, that would be great. I attached the build log.

Try running InstallShield as Administrator. And make sure C:\InstallShield 2016 Projects isn't read only and has the appropriate permissions.
