Error when trying to validate
ISDEV : fatal error -6304: Error validating with CUB file "C:\Program Files\Macrovision\IS2008\Support\Validation\ISVista.cub"
This is occuring when I have 'Intel,x64;1033' in the Information Summary Stream.
I have a IS2008 MSI (InstallScript) project. I have two product configurations defined as part of the build procedure (Release-Win32 & Release-x64). This is so I have one installation package to take care of a 32bit and 64bit installations.
If I remove Intel or x64 from the Information Summary Stream and then validate its OK, its only when I have both together.
Is there something wrong with what Im doing?

Putting both Intel and x64 in your Template Summary is invalid, so you're not missing out on much by this validation failure. However it should not be failing. I've reported this internally as IOC-000064802 so we can track and fix it.

Thanks, I ended up putting a separate template summary in each product configuration (I didn't notice that before I posted.)
