Error when changing operating system

I am in the process of updating program installers from Visual Studio 2010 to Visual Studio 2013.
I have the installer open in Visual Studio 2013 and the Project Assistant open to Installation Requirements. When I try to change the specified operating systems, I receive the following error message: Field "Condition" of table "LaunchCondition": The string is too long for the length specified by the column definition.

I also tried opening InstallShield 2013 Express rather than going through Visual Studio 2013 and making a change to the specified operating systems. I received the same error.

What steps should I take to resolve this issue?

I just installed InstallShield 2014 Express, updated my install and still same error when changing operating system selection.

This issue has been resolved in the Service Pack 1 of InstallShield 2014.
