Error retrieving dependency DCOM95

I am using IS 2014 Express to create a simple installer for a legacy Visual Basic 6 Application and I am receiving an error with the build.

ISEXP : error -4072: Error retrieving dependency DCOM95.6FC97963_2511_11D4_BB8A_00C04F20D375:0 of c:\program files\common files\merge modules\WSH56.msm

My application requires the Windows Scripting Host 5.6. Apparently DCOM95 is a dependency of that. DCOM95 is not in the list of Merge Modules.

I am new to this version of IS, so bare with me please.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
