Error "The feature your are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable"

Hi  support team,

I use Install Shield 2018 to create patch.

Patch version 4.3.0.9_3919: install successfully, uninstall successfully.

Patch version 4.3.0.11.0.4131: install successfully, uninstall error as following attached image: 

Uninstall_patch_error.png: Error "The feature your are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable"

Uninstall_patch_error_press_OK.png: Error when press OK on error window.

Uninstall_patch_error_press_close.png: Error show when close error window

I also attached log file when install patch:

Kofax_install_patch_4.3.0.9.log:  log when install patch version 4.3.0.9_

Kofax_install_patch_4.3.0.11.log: log when install patch version 4.3.0.11.0.4131

 Are you seeing this issue in all machines or only specific machine?

You have installed your latest path 4.3.0.11.0.4131 on top of base version or over 4.3.0.9_3919.

Your patch is created using patch configuration or quick patch?

Did you change the patch cache folder path in your patch configuration? please check refer attached screenshot for patch cache folder field in patch configuration.

You can also use our msi diff tool to compare the patch with your original msi and verify both working and failed uninstall version looks same and the new files are in place nothing missing.
