Error installing iKernel.exe: (0x10000)

I'm trying to install a programme with the setup.exe, but I get this message:

Error installing iKernel.exe: (0x10000)

It only happens with this installation. Other things install fine. The folder of this programme contains its own IKERNEL.EX_ as well. I've tried updating iKernel and clearing the Temp folder, but no luck. Any suggestions as to how to install correctly?

I amtrying to install a programme which uses install shield and am getting this same error. I am desperate to install this programme so any assistance would be much appreciated 🙂
