Installation of VC++ 2008 SP1 redistributable prerequisite is getting failed on Win 2K3 and Win 2K8 machine. The prerequisite is created by me and not provided by the Installshield. Atteched is the screenshot of the error.

Are the conditions you set satisfied after installing your prerequisite? If not, the engine will assume it still needs to be installed, and thus the installation failed.
