Error extracting ISBEW64.exe from ISLockPermission.dll

I get this error when installing a project built using IS 2013.

I would like to know how to fix this error.

I can't reproduce the problem on my end. Would it be possible for you to post a sample project (installs just a single file) that replicates the behavior?
