Error Setupdll

Hi, when i want to uninstall my webcam program ,this error dos not allow me.
my program:A4 TECH USB PC Camera H
error:
setupDLL\setupDLL.cpp(409)
$7.0.100.1342
@windows XP Service pack 2(2600)IE 6.0.2900.2180

help me plz!
