Error Installing Upgrade

I got a popup message today that said I there is a update for InstallShield. I follow the steps to download and install SP1 for InstallShield 2012, however during the install I get the error
Error in executing file
Description: The operation completed successfully.

I've attached a screen shot of the message.

How do I install SP1?
