Why this error after build of my project ?

Decompressing the MSI package
Opening the uncompressed MSI package 'C:\TMP\AS\27\a\XXX.msi'
ISDEV : error -9012: Unexpected error in method 'CMsiVariableConverter::LoadDirectories'
Windows validation is disabled. To enable Windows validation: on the Tools menu, click Options and select the Validation tab.
Automatic update notification disabled

Thank you for your post.
Did you click the Build button for the MSI or the Build button for MSIX?
If you believe that you might have clicked the Build button for MSIX, please navigate to the Releases > Release > APPX/MSIX Tab, set Build Windows App Package to No, rebuild your project, then retest this issue. Does this issue still occur?
Please give these suggestions a try. Do they work for you?
