Error 6017 solutions hare

Hello this is my first good help and not much English sorry if there are some flaws ok.
Well the problem begins when given in association with the installer ready in Visual Studio 2010 and 2012, the problem is solved by running visual studio as administrator and ready the problem solved.

do you have any issues running the exe created with InstallShield Limited edition? Does it throw any error if you do not run it with admin privileges?
