Error -5008: intel64 or amd64 must be specified in the template of the summary

After looking around I have found that I am supposed to set the Template Summary to Intel64 for this, but under the 'Summary Information Stream' items I find no Template Summary and so cannot do so. How can this be done?

Express doesn't support 64 bit. You will need to remove any 64 bit merge modules or prerequisites added to your project.
