Error 1603 ISXmlCosting
MSI (s) (48:A0) [14:59:07:582]: Doing action: ISXmlCosting
Action start 14:59:07: ISXmlCosting.
MSI (s) (48:F0) [14:59:07:605]: Invoking remote custom action. DLL: C:\Windows\Installer\MSI60C9.tmp, Entrypoint: ISXmlCosting
CustomAction ISXmlCosting returned actual error code 1603 (note this may not be 100% accurate if translation happened inside sandbox)
Action ended 14:59:07: ISXmlCosting. Return value 3.
I can't seem to get my install package past this point. Can anyone point me to where I need to look to make changes?
This was a project that was upgraded from InstallShield 2011 (version 17). to 2012
Thanks

"ISXmlCosting" generally fails when the changes in "XML File Changes" section has a problem. For e.g. In my case, destination on target machine was missing for one of the xml file.
