Email activation -> Email Deactivation ???

Hello,

I purchased IS 2008. My online activation always fails so I am going to activate it by email. But in the near future I am going to install IS on a new machine.

My question is:
If I have problems with online activation how I'm going to _properly_ deactivate (uninstall needs online connection as far as i read from their KB) product to install it to other machine?

Support is not answering email for over 3 days.
