EULA not showing up.

Hi.

I have a licence agreement which i pointed Installshield to but when i start the installation the EULA does not show up, all i get is a blank space.

Any ideas as to the problem?

Assuming it's an MSI project: for an initial sanity check, is it a "real" RTF file, and not, say, a renamed .txt file? Perhaps verify you can open it in WordPad?
