Dynamic Files link

Once again I have created a simple install shield to install our program files, which are a mixture of file types not that should matter.

But I am using a dynamic file link, which is fine see's all the files etc.

BUT
When I install it and it puts the files in no problem, then I have TWO issues

1. When I uninstall it, it leaves the files behind, why?
2. When I do an upgrade it doesn't upgrade Why?

Its very frustrating as this should be a straight forward thing to do!

Check in component if Never Overwrite condition is set to Yes default its is no.
Check in component if its set to permanant.

I have checked and the overwrite setting is set to no

Also it wasn't set to permanent.

Any other ideas why it won't work?
