Is DIFX supported in Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2? I struggled that I cannot install device driver. I used correct settings in Device Driver wizard in InstallShield MSI Project (2008 version). Please let me know.
You could try scripting copying the device driver files to WINDIR\inf or WINSYSDDIR\drivers and see if that makes windows 2003 plug and play better.
For Windows 7 support we have resorted to making instruction in the form of a web page taking the user step by step through installing the device driver by right clicking on the unknown device in device manager. Let me know if you want a copy.
