Download does not work

Tried to dowlnoad ISLE through registration form on http://learn.flexerasoftware.com/content/IS-EVAL-InstallShield-Limited-Edition-Visual-Studio
The web page http://now.eloqua.com/e/f2.aspx comes up with no action (download does not start, see attachment). No email with activation key comes either, although I have received an email to access this forum.
Tried several times with Chrome and IE. Same results.
Please help
