Download InstallShield : Ship to contact for approval

I have created community account and tried to download and it redirects  to PLC and there I am seeing message like 'Your request is pending approval'. I want to find out who is the ship-to-contact to approve and I will get access.

Could anyone help me with it?

We can close this topic here; I am able to download the product as I found my ship-to contact account and from there my request is approved for PLC access.
