Do not install a feature by default

I have a feature which I do not want to install by default. I have set its Install Level to 200 which is greater than the INSTALLLEVEL value which is set to 100.

When I choose Custom Setup, I can see that the feature is marked for Do not install by default and it doesnt install that feature when I run the installer.

However if I choose Complete Setup, the feature gets intalled.

I am wondering is there a way to not install the particular feature by default, even when one chooses the Complete Setup.

Any help will be appreciated.
