Deactivate IS 2020 license (concurrent) if the license server Windows machine is gone

Hello, 

 

We need to deactivate  ourIS 2020 license (concurrent). How do we do it if the license server Windows machine is gone. We are deploying a new one.

 

This page: https://community.flexera.com/t5/InstallShield-Knowledge-Base/Deactivation-of-InstallShield/ta-p/5281 states that we need to "Reinstall the software on the previous machine " but what if the server room is gone, all the IP addresses & hardware/VM will be new.

This is a theoretical question, so what should we do?
