Date field in custom dialog

Any one please tell me how to create a date field in custom dialog.

I have a text field. User enters date in that field. I need to convert this string to date/Time format and pass it to a dotnet dll method which is of dattime data type.
Anyone please tell me how to convert string to date.
This is urgent 😞
