I have 2 features in my MSI package, Desktop and Viewer. I have associated a Desktop dim with both Desktop and Viewer features. In addition there is a Viewer dim associated with the Viewer feature. It's possible for the user to install both the Desktop feature and VIewer feature at the same time or just one feature at a time. When I only select the Viewer feature to install, the files associate with the Desktop dim are not installed. The files associated with the Viewer dim are installed. Is reuse of dim files allowed within an MSI or am I doing something wrong?
