Customise the custom setup menu

In the Basic MSI, Can I customise the Custom setup menu?
By default in menu we will have following four options,
1. This feature Will be installed on local hard drive.
2. This feature, and all subfeatures, will be installed on local hard drive.
3. This feature will be installed when required.
4. This feature will not be available.

Can anyone please suggest me, how can i remove the item 2 and 3 from the standerd menu?

Is Installshield gives this customis feature? I am using Installshield 2011

I have attached screenshot of custom setup menu for more information..

If you keep the first option, option 2 cannot be removed. To remove option 3, you would need to select Disallow Advertise for the feature's Advertisement setting.
