CustomerInformation Dialog - How to get AllUser/Just Me Option Visible?

Hi

I am using a standard MSI project and my setup if showing the CustomerInformation dialog but it is only showing the Company and User name (i.e. no serial text box or radio options for AllUsers.

I don't want the Serial textbox anyway and the CustomerInformatin dialog has this set to Visible=False so that is OK - as I would expect.

However the AllUsers radio options are not appearing and yet according to dialog properties they are set to visible.

I have tried fiddling with ALLUSERS and ApplicationUsers value in the PropertyManager to to no avail.

Is anyone else using the CustomerInformation dialog and successfully display radio options and if so how do I get this behaviour?
