CustomSetup selection tree control icons
I have a Basic MSI project and I have cloned the CustomSetup dialog. I want to only have two choices for each feature in my list (instead of the four that each feature has now), and I'm wondering if the icons used in the selection tree are available somewhere?
Are they in some IS folder that I haven't found yet?
By the way, I wouldn't need to do this, but there doesn't seem to be any way to delete items from the selection control. So, I figured I was going to have to create my own CustomSetup dialog and fix it the way I want.

If what I've said isn't clear, then how about this.
I want to create a CustomSetup dialog where when you click on a feature, the only two choices available are:
This feature will be installed when required
This feature will not be available
