Custom action IsSetupFilesExtract not found in binary table stream

I have updated from IS 8.0 to IS 2008.

I have converted the .ism with 2008.
Build again and now i get the next error when i come with an update from my software build with the different installshields. So first installed with IS 8.0 and 1 year later with IS 2008 (so newer executable).

"Custom action IsSetupFilesExtract not found in binary table stream."

Serveral times made the CA again, but nothing works.
Added supported files again so the CA was created, but still the error.

Please, i don't want to go back to IS 8.0, so help needed!!

Seems to deal with the file "1043.mst" in c:\windows\installer.

Can someone please tell me why.
