How can I log my custom messages to log file? Can I log messages to a separate log file?

I have an InstallScript MSI project and I want to log custom messages from InstallScript.

Is there any way to do this?

The techniques in that newsletter tip should still apply; SprintfMsiLog might be the simplest technique, so I would try that first.
