Creating Link to FAQ

I want to create a custom dialog in which one ICON for FAQ will present. When user will click on that Icon its should display the FAQ related my software.

Is any way to handle click event for Icon?

Maybe a pushbutton control with a bitmap instead of text?

But I am using InstallScript MSI project. So there is no Control Style in property window:( so from where I can change the Property of the pushbutton to show the images.

Is any way to put a hyper-link in Custom Dialog instead of using the Bitmap faced Pushbutton?
